Hello and welcome,
I am a London based movement educator, therapist and a movement artist.
And I am very excited to share with you my passion and expertise about movement!
Because movement does a lot more than just support our good health: it improves our intellectual and emotional skills, it contributes to leadership, productivity and innovation. It unleashes human potential, and this is what drives us forward as individuals and societies.
Movement is one of the most powerful tools to enable personal growth and generate positive change.
My work is grounded on the physical body – this is what I am best at having spent collectively 20 years studying, researching, practicing and teaching. And yet my hope is to help you into a journey beyond movement, to help you tap into your own intuitive knowledge of well-being.
All you need is an irresistible desire for change. And the best bit is: YOU are in charge!
Let me tell you a little story…
ONCE UPON A TIME
Humans were beautifully crafted by nature to move: run, hunt, gather, swim, climb, push, pull… They were are also designed to eat real food, and live in symbiotic relationship with the natural world. They happened to be one of the most creative and inventive species on earth… well sometimes they got it wrong, but overall they have managed things all right!!! A little warning on the side: I’m terribly optimistic!
Despite the growing complexities of nowadays life, at our core we are still the same old humans: we need to move a lot – I really mean a lot!!!!! – move well, eat real food and find balance in every aspect of life.
